AntCards Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information AntCards collects, how it is used, where it is stored, and the choices available to users and organizations using the platform.
1. Information we collect
- Account information such as name, email address, password hash, company name, and job title.
- Card profile information that you choose to publish on your digital business card.
- Lead and contact activity, including form submissions, follow-up activity, and company workspace actions.
- Usage and analytics data such as page visits, card views, saves, button clicks, country-level traffic signals, and device/browser metadata used for reporting and abuse prevention.
2. How we use information
- To create and manage AntCards accounts, digital cards, team workspaces, subscriptions, and support requests.
- To deliver features such as QR/NFC sharing, wallet support, analytics dashboards, lead capture, follow-up workflows, and company administration.
- To improve product performance, measure adoption, investigate suspicious traffic, and protect the platform from abuse or scraping.
- To communicate service notices, verification emails, billing information, and support responses.
3. Storage and retention
Account, card, and analytics records are stored on systems used to operate AntCards. Data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce platform protections. Some operational logs and analytics may remain in backups for a limited period after deletion.
4. Third-party services and sharing
AntCards may rely on third-party providers for hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, CAPTCHA validation, mapping, or wallet integrations. Information is shared only to the extent required to deliver those services, process transactions, secure the platform, or comply with law.
AntCards does not sell personal contact data to unrelated third parties.
5. Public card visibility
Information displayed on a public AntCards page or wallet pass may be visible to anyone with the relevant link, QR code, or NFC access, subject to the field visibility settings and company policy controls applied to that card.
6. Your choices and rights
- You can update or remove profile information from your card through your AntCards account, subject to company policy controls where applicable.
- You can contact AntCards to request account support, correction, or deletion help.
- Company administrators may manage organization-linked cards and member access under their workspace controls.
7. Security
AntCards applies technical and operational measures intended to protect account data and reduce misuse. No online platform can guarantee absolute security, but abuse monitoring, access controls, verification steps, and suspicious-traffic protections are used to reduce risk.
